On November 12, 2013 Dr. Daniel Naujoks visited The New School to present and participate in a panel dissuasion on issues discussed in his latest book, Migration, Citizenship, and Development: Diasporic Membership Policies and Overseas Indians in the United States. The book examines the mechanism and effects of country-of-origin citizenship, discusses naturalization through issues of multiple belonging, political activity and immigrants’ income, and explores special citizenship policies for emigrants and its effects.
