With the re-emergence of China as a world power one of the challenges for both the Public and Private sector is gauging public opinion. What role can polling and social work play in establishing the political and commercial needs of the rapidly growing Chinese consumers? What have been the results thus far?

Dr. Victor Yuan is the chairman of Horizon Corp., an India China Institute honorary fellow, a Global fellow at Yale University, and a host of the Dragon TV-CBN talk show “Brainstorm”. He is considered one of China’s most highly regarded young leaders and is at the forefront of information gathering services.
